Despite being a budget-friendly option, the hotel's location is quite inconvenient. the rooms are cramped, and not just the bathroom but also the bed sheets are unclean. We also encountered problems with the hotel staff who seemed uninterested in providing good service. the complimentary breakfast is not appetizing at all. the hotel's on-site restaurant serves decent food, and the manager is helpful and attentive.
The staff's dismissive and uninterested attitude is a major downside of staying here.

Great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Good value for money with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
The bathroom was quite small and outdated. the complimentary breakfast lacked variety.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel was conveniently located near the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us with the check-in process. The amenities were also quite good and the room was well-furnished.
Our stay was marred by a number of issues. the service provided by the hotel was unprofessional and slow.
